PACKING AND PROCESSING TIME
Packaging and processing time: 3 business days upon order payment confirmation
- Packing and processing time might take up to 7 business days during sales and public holidays period.
- For pre-order purchase of out of stock products, the processing time is about 20 days.
- We apologise for the possible delay and appreciate your understanding.
COURIER DELIVERY TIME:
Peninsular Malaysia: 2-4 business days
Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan: 3-5 business days
Singapore: 3-5 business days
General Delivery Days: Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Public Holidays
- Delivery of your order will be deemed completed once it is delivered to the address which is stated on your order (“Address”). An item shall be deemed to have been “delivered” once the same is accepted by the designated recipient or his/her representative. We will not be responsible for order signed for by someone other than the designated recipient.
- If your order cannot be delivered either because of incorrect address or the delivery is not collected or accepted, the item will be returned to us. All charges and expenses for redelivery shall be borne by you.
ORDER STATUS/ TRACKING AN ORDER:
A shipped confirmation with the tracking number will be sent to you via email. You can check on the status of your order by visiting the website of the courier services company with your tracking number.
If the box or packaging is clearly damaged on delivery, recipient must sign for as ‘DAMAGED’.
All lost and damaged parcels shall be reported on the same day via email to: email@example.com with the detailed description, supporting evidence and the order and tracking number, otherwise any claim for damage will be refused.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and products sold are non-refundable. Kindly ensure you have checked and validated all details and information before you proceed with payment.
