Return & Exchange Policy
Please inspect your merchandise upon delivery. You may return your merchandise only if you have received incorrect or damaged merchandise with your purchase.
The following conditions are to be met before a return or exchange will be initiated:
- We will allow exchanges if the request is submitted within 7 business days from the date of delivery. If you have an exchange request, please email: email@example.com with the details.
- Merchandise must be in original packaging and condition, deemed to be unworn with all price and product tags attached.
We urge you to refer to our measurement chart to determine your best-fit size before making your purchases.
We appreciate your understanding that return and exchange for lingerie products are limited due to hygiene reasons.
