Redemption Details:

An electronic voucher (“eVoucher”) will be emailed to you once we have confirmed receipt of your payment. Each eVoucher is denoted a unique voucher number. Please take note that no physical vouchers will be sent.

Redemption can be done as long as you have remaining cash value in your eVoucher. If you have insufficient cash value in the eVoucher, you can top up the remaining balance to make the purchase. Upon each redemption, you will received via email an updated eVoucher with the details of the redeemed amount and the remaining balance.

You can redeem products using your eVoucher by visiting our retail store at Paradigm Mall, Johor Bahru or through online redemption.
