1. Choose the right BRA CUPS Design which suit our breast shapes
Bras are the most intimate contact with female body and the most important items in any woman’s wardrobe. You wear it almost every day, it takes care of your breasts and make you look good in your outfit. However, many women still knows very little about how to choose the right bras and have been confused for many years. In front of a wide variety of bras in the market, what do you look out for when you go for bra shopping? Bras which are on sale? Or look for color or design which you like? Wearing an unsuitable bra not only failed to achieve the desired effect, but will also lead to back, shoulder and neck pain, blockage of the lymphatic system, bad posture, sagging, bra bulge, side set and other breast problems. So, in front of a wide variety of bras, how do we choose?
Our body and breast shape keep changing as we age and as our body weight change, and each women has her own breast shape and size. In order to get the best bra fits, firstly, it is important to identify your breast shape.
ROMENSA has unique design of five patented types of bra cups that best corresponds to your breast shape.
2. Measure your size correctly
Follow the steps below to get an accurate measurements of your bra size in order to get the best bra fits. It is advisable to measure yourself every six months to check if your bra size has changed.
To get an accurate measurement, ensure that the measuring tape is placed horizontally around the body and the tape is just right against the body, not tightly wrapped.
Step 1: Measure your band.
Stand straight, and use a measuring tape to measure the length directly under your breasts (Measurement A)
Step 2: Measure your BUST.
Stand straight, bend forward 45 degree, and use a measuring tape to measure the fullest part of your breast (the nipple) (Measurement B)
Stand straight, bend forward 90 degree, and use a measuring tape to measure the length the highest point of the breast (the nipple) (Measurement C)
Step 3: Subtract the band size from your bust size to find the right cup size.
Use bust measurement (Measurement B/ C) – Band measurement (Measurement A)
For example:
- Bust measurement (Measurement C is 86cm
- Band measurement (Measurement A) is 76cm
- Measurement C – Measurement A
= 10 cm
Refer to the following chart for the right cup size:

If your size is in between 2 band sizes, for example your band measurement is 72.5cm, it is advisable to choose the lower band size, which is 70cm in this case.

If your size is in between 2 cup sizes, for example 9cm which is in between A cup and B cup, it is advisable to choose the bigger cup size, which is B cup in this case.

LEAN FORWARD 45 DEGREES
- Adjust the bra straps to the appropriate length, put your arms through the armholes.
- Lean forward 45 degrees, let your breasts settled into the bra cups.
- Fasten the bra on the outermost row of hooks. If the bra can be fastened on the middle or tightest hooks, you may need a smaller band size.
前倾45度
先将肩带调整到恰当的长度,将手臂穿过肩带挂在双肩,上半身向前倾斜45度,使乳房完全套进罩杯内,将手顺到后背,扣好扣子。
FILL THE BRA CUPS WITH ALL OF YOUR BREAST TISSUE
Lean forward 45 degrees, use your opposite hand to move your breast tissue from your back and the sides of your breast into the bra cup. Use the same hand to scoop and lift up the breast into the bra cup. Your bra should be positioned right along the bottom of your breasts.
调拨胸部
从手臂和后背开始拨胸,把腋下四周、上部的肌肉和脂肪,由外向内拨到罩杯内,切记,不要站起来,保持弯腰姿势!
ADJUST THE BRA STRAPS
For a comfortable fit, you should be able to glide 1 finger easily.
调整肩带
拨好肉肉后,开始调整肩带,肩带以一个指头伸进去自由滑动为准则。
LASTLY, CHECK IF YOU ARE WEARING THE CORRECT SIZE
Make sure your breasts and bra bulge fill the bra cups and the cups fit well, check if there is a gap at the top or overfilled. Twist your body and lift your arms, make sure the bra fits comfortably and positioned correctly.
最后检查
最后调整好之后,检查副乳品是否都包进去了,鸡心位置是否有空洞。手臂上下左右活动下,是否舒适, 是否不会跑杯。如果都合适即可穿上美衣出门了。

Step into the garment and slowly pull the garment over your hips.
先将双脚套入形体衣由下往上慢慢提拉至臀部,使臀部完全包裹。
One leg at a time, slide your palm along the outer thigh to the position of 2/3 of the thigh, move your palm backwards to the inner thigh, drag the fat upwards towards your buttock. Check that your buttocks are perfectly fitted.
将手掌顺着大腿外侧滑下至大腿2/3处,手掌向后方绕至大腿内侧,将大腿内侧的脂肪往上向中间拨拢。
Pull up the garment all the way up and slip your arms into the shoulder straps. Adjust the shoulder straps for a perfect fit.
拉起形体衣的上身部分,将肩带套入两边手臂,请依照个人舒适度同步调整肩带。
Use your opposite hand to move your breast tissue from your back and the sides of your breast into the bra cup. Use the same hand to scoop and lift up the breast into bra cup.
提气挺胸,用手掌虎口由背部至腋下到罩杯边缘方向,将外露的小肉肉拨拢至罩杯内,最后将胸部下缘的部位,向上收拢于形体衣中。
Squat down a few times and check if the crotch seam and other parts of the garment are in the right place.
试着蹲下数次,确认臀后的中间线位置是否正确,裆部及形体衣其他部位是否服帖。
